Clinical Director position - Traverse City, MI

Location: Traverse City, MI


Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000/year + bonuses + relocation assistance

We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a team of passionate BCBAs in our established Traverse City clinic. Your Role:

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Director, you’ll lead clinical operations at our Traverse City center—balancing high-quality ABA care, team leadership, and business objectives. You’ll manage a small caseload while mentoring and supporting a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians. Your success will drive clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead      and mentor clinical staff to deliver exceptional, ethical ABA services
  • Oversee      behavior assessments, treatment plans, and quality assurance
  • Foster      a positive, collaborative, and balanced work culture
  • Guide      professional development and supervise BCBA candidates
  • Conduct      onboarding for clients and staff
  • Collaborate      with families, schools, and community partners
  • Monitor      clinical and financial performance; manage to budget
  • Maintain      a small caseload to stay connected to direct services
  • Participate      in strategic planning and regional leadership

  

What You Bring:

  • Master’s      degree in ABA or a related field
  • Active      BCBA certification
  • 5+      years of ABA experience (working with autism spectrum disorder)
  • 2+      years in a clinical leadership role
  • Familiarity      with ABA business operations and financial management
  • Strong      organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment      to ethical standards and continuous improvement

  

Work Location & Schedule:

  • Based      at our Clinical Center in Traverse City, MI
  • Monday–Friday,      8am–8pm (flexible within center hours)
  • Occasional      travel for company-wide meetings and events
  • In-person      leadership required (telehealth is not our primary model)
